On March 11th , 2022 the Federal Trade Commission issued a formal complaint against HomeAdvisor, Inc. a company affiliated with Angi (Formerly AngiesList) who is owned by IAC. The complaint alleges that HomeAdvisor engaged in misleading business practices charging business owners for leads that were unsustainable.
