Beacon (Nasdaq: BECN) has annouced that it has acquired S&H Building Material Corporation out of Medford, New York.
S&H has provided services for Long Island contractors and homeowners for over five-decades. The President of S&H Brian Rosenstein stated “We are thrilled to announce S&H is joining Beacon.
