Beacon (Nasdaq: BECN) has annouced that it has acquired S&H Building Material Corporation out of Medford, New York.

S&H has provided services for Long Island contractors and homeowners for over five-decades. The President of S&H Brian Rosenstein stated “We are thrilled to announce S&H is joining Beacon. We believe this next phase of our history will enable us to continue serving our loyal customers well into the future.”

The Beacon’s North Atlantic Regional Vice President David Doran stated “We are thrilled to announce S&H is joining Beacon. So far this year Beacon has completed a total of seven acquisitions keep on pace to reach their Ambition 2025 goal.
